Clean and wonderful place, has particularly nice views to a fantastic unobstructed sea view. The setting is amazing and lovely, it's really close to which at very nice, and the sea shore.

The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, 25 km to Fiumicino airport, perfectly reachable. Restaurants and bars where located near the hotel. I greatly enjoyed the room with full privacy & tidiness, the bed was big.

Brilliant base for discovering Fregenae. We liked our good breakfast and the garden. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. They have on-site restaurant called Miraggio. You can easily park on parking very close to the hotel.
